b. Right of Refusal. Yaga’s Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to refuse, delay or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, inaccurate card information and/or contact information of the person who has placed the order and/or is the primary cardholder.
REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
Effective August 5, 2014
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise purchased. Simply ship back the unwanted product to Yaga’s Entertainment and once we receive & process the package we will issue a refund within 3-5 days.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers can send the item back to us at the address below using any shipping method, at your expense. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
